Two hours and four minutes get filtered across nearly 800 tagged segments, and that is not background noise. The profanity runs wall to wall, the violence has real teeth (Chapter 83 alone carries a severe scene that stretches past sixteen minutes), and the sexual content is the kind that was clearly written for adults who want it there. Thirty-one severe sexual segments totaling nearly an hour and forty minutes of filtered runtime tells you everything about the author's intent.

Here is my honest recommendation. If you are listening alone and you are comfortable with the romantic fantasy genre doing exactly what it promises, turn on profanity filtering and the mild-to-moderate violence filter and you can finish the book without much interruption. You get the same book, same narrator, same story, just cleaned up where the rough edges would genuinely bother you. If you were hoping to share this on a road trip with teenagers or listen through a work commute where skips would feel jarring, I would steer you somewhere else entirely.
