The profanity is the real workload here, 440 segments spread across the runtime, and it skews heavier than you might hope, with severe instances making up a meaningful chunk. The blasphemy count surprised me more than the violence did. King's violence, when it hits, tends to run long. Chapter 6 has the single longest severe scene in the book, about 30 seconds of something I'd rather not replay, and the violence category overall clocks in at more than 34 minutes of filtered audio when you add it up.
